SC Tasks include

• Logistics for meeting, etc.
• Working with BRR community to define roadmap, goals, and criteria.
• Ongoing Funding – related to sponsorship.
• Sponsor adoption plan, we have a lot companies from different sectors inquiring for sponsorship.
  • What are the correct sponsorship levels?
  • What are the participation levels?
• Human resource gathering.
• Legality issues and business plan. What it means to be open, etc.
• BRR adoption plan, working with other groups (SourgeForge, CodeZoo, etc) to get adoption.
• Create organizational charters like mission statement, goals, etc.
